"If you have any reservations about using Carl, don’t! I first contacted Carl when our pond was in desperate need of some TLC. The pond was so green we couldn’t see the fish, but after Carl gave it a thorough clean, removed the fish and refilled it, it was greatly improved. Carl offered some great advice on future maintenance, feeding and our equipment, which was really useful. Carl returned to replace the UV lamp and this made the pond crystal clear and meant we were able to see the fish right to the bottom- this is something we have never seen before! Carl’s customer service and approach made him a pleasure to deal with and I will be using him again for annual cleans to ensure that the pond and fish remain healthy!"
